Content Guidelines
MediaLincc hosts and links to sites with content provided by third parties. MediaLincc delivers a "landing page" to the user with the information specified or owned by the content owner. MediaLincc endeavours to deliver a "clean" service and prefers content owners not to upload content that could be viewed as offensive by most people. MediaLincc has the right to disable landing pages that contain content that, in our view, is not suitable for the general public.
MediaLincc abides by the rules of the Mobile Marketing Association.
MediaLincc discourages, and in most cases does not allow landing pages with the following types of content:
- Nudity
- Visible genitals
- Sexual material
- Visible sexual touching
- Explicit sexual language
- Erections/explicit sexual acts
- Erotica
- Violence
- Assault/rape
- Injury to human beings
- Injury to animals
- Blood and dismemberment, human beings
- Blood and dismemberment, animals
- Torture or killing of human beings
- Torture or killing of animals
- Anti or Hateful Speech - Content promoting violence or advocating against a particular
group is not permitted. This includes but is not limited to groups identified by their:
- Race or ethnic origin
- Color
- National origin
- Religion
- Disability
- Sex
- Age
- Veteran status
- Sexual orientation/Gender identity
- Drugs - Content promoting drugs and drug paraphernalia. This includes drug accessories, illegal drugs, and herbal drugs.
- Gambling - Content devoted to the promotion of gambling, wagering or betting of any kind. (Only applies to the US and other countries in which such content is illegal.)
- Prostitution - Content promoting prostitution.
- Illegal content - Content illegal in the territory that it is intended to be viewed.
- Weapons - Content promoting certain weapons, such as firearms, ammunition, butterfly knives, and brass knuckles.
